OUR STORY
He learned traditional recipes from his father and grandmother and was known for his flavorful dishes. One day, opened a small restaurant and served dishes like kebabs, stuffed vegetables, and baklava. People came from all over to taste his food and he became famous for his delicious Turkish cuisine. Erdal was proud to share his culture through his cooking and continued to serve amazing food for many years.

He had first encountered his interest in the wonderful flavors his father created in the kitchen at a young age. As he frequently entered his father's kitchen and watched his work, he gradually realized that this became a passion for himself. He began spending more and more time in the kitchen every day, trying new recipes and making delicious dishes using his own creativity.
He decided to go to Dubai to improve the chef training his father had given him. There, he received specialized training and when he reached a sufficient level, he wanted to try his luck in America. He opened his own restaurant, believing that the ancient, natural, and homemade flavors of Turkish cuisine would be greatly loved by the people of a modern city. He named it after his daughter, Melike Turkish Cuisine, which opened in Ossening in northern New York and began serving amazing Turkish cuisine to the locals.
He was very happy to introduce his increasing number of guests to these flavors in his restaurant. He remembered all the knowledge and flavors his father had taught him at every moment he was in his job. Following in his father's footsteps by opening his own restaurant was a source of pride for him. He continued to grow his business and provide more people with the opportunity to taste amazing Turkish cuisine. His passion had enabled him to truly savor the flavor of life.
